Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (Danish & English) to provide remote service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone
  • Support customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships while handling inquiries and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher) and excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)
  • At least 6-12 months of support experience
  • Comfortable working with high ticket volumes
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
