Customer Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (U.S. Remote - Occasional Office Visits Required).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and integration support including requirements analysis, system configuration, and post-implementation support
• Deliver high-quality advisory and support services to government contractors to ensure successful operation of the product suite
• Interact with senior client leadership to define project goals and manage issues and risks

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in consulting or training, preferably with a top consulting firm
• Experience in government contractor functions such as proposal management, contract management, or procurement is preferable
• BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Must be a U.S. citizen and may require a security clearance
