Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide implementation and integration support, including requirements analysis, business process analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support
  • Deliver high-quality advisory and support services to government contractors to ensure successful operation of the product suite
  • Engage with senior client leadership to define project goals, execute plans, and manage issues and risks
Required Qualifications
  • Professional experience in consulting or training, preferably with a top consulting firm
  • Experience in government contractor functions such as proposal management, contract management, or procurement is preferable
  • BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work in the Washington DC Metropolitan area
