Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily PRISM Help Desk operations, ensuring timely ticket resolution and consistent service levels
- Supervise and coordinate subject matter experts across various functions to ensure operational continuity
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking help desk metrics and facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience overseeing help desk operations and leading technical teams
- Experience supporting PRISM or comparable federal ERP/procurement systems preferred
- Strong understanding of system configuration management and reporting solutions
- Proficiency with project management and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
