Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant - Reference Labs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between customers and laboratories, answering inquiries and resolving issues
  • Provide and clarify lab test results, and coordinate follow-up tests and sample logistics
  • Manage customer interactions through various communication methods while documenting solutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Experience in a veterinary practice, laboratory setting, or contact center environment
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a computer-related or scientific discipline preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection and work from a quiet space
