Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and high-quality customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat)
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, media delivery, and technical troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM software and provide feedback to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in a contact center role is helpful
- Proficiency in web-based products, MS Office, and Salesforce (or a similar CRM system)
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work without constant supervision
- A proven track record of independently managing a high volume of customer cases
