Job Summary
To support a global hospitality initiative, the remote Customer Support Consultant will deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, build strong client relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of client solutions while meeting key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security
Required qualifications
- Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience in the travel industry
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
