Job Summary

To support a dynamic hospitality sector, the remote Customer Support Consultant will deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email while building strong relationships and maintaining a deep understanding of client solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support via various communication channels
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting KPIs
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and stay updated with evolving tools and technology
Required qualifications
  • Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience in the travel industry
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
