Customer Support Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis from 1 PM to 10 PM ET, the Customer Support Consultant will engage with clients to implement and support Unison software products, ensuring successful integration and operational efficiency for government contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide implementation and integration support, including requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, and training
• Deliver high-quality advisory services to enhance the operation of Unison's product suite
• Collaborate with senior client leadership to define project goals and manage issues and risks effectively

Required qualifications

• Ability to work 1 PM to 10 PM ET
• Professional experience in consulting or training, preferably with a top consulting firm
• Strong client relationship skills and experience in government contractor functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
