Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience overseeing help desk operations and leading technical teams
- Experience with PRISM or comparable federal ERP/procurement systems preferred
- Strong understanding of system configuration management and reporting solutions
- Proficiency with project management and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
