Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and monitor existing articles in alignment with procedures and workflows
  • Optimize the user-friendliness of the Knowledge Base and oversee active CS templates
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop Help Center articles on new features
Required Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Experience in writing and/or communication roles
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and procedures
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with information organization tools like Confluence or Coda is a plus
