- Create and monitor existing articles in alignment with procedures and workflows
- Optimize the user-friendliness of the Knowledge Base and oversee active CS templates
- Collaborate with product teams to develop Help Center articles on new features
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in English
- Experience in writing and/or communication roles
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and procedures
- Efficient time management and organizational skills
- Experience with information organization tools like Confluence or Coda is a plus
