Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Customer Support Coordinator will provide courteous and efficient service to college patients and providers, triaging inquiries and connecting them to appropriate care resources while supporting care coordination and crisis support teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to resolve issues and connect members with care
- Support care coordination and crisis teams with intakes, follow-ups, and urgent matters
- Maintain reports and referral resources while ensuring timely responses to inquiries
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Prior experience in customer support, care coordination, or crisis services in a remote environment
- Experience with Zendesk and Dialpad preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and Electronic Health Record systems
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
