Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to help maintain their platform and support users.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming user messages and support tickets, responding promptly and escalating issues as needed
- Ensure platform health by flagging data issues and reviewing user accounts
- Manage ongoing communications with users and assist in creating content for platform operations
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Familiarity with established processes, especially in sensitive situations
- A genuine care for animals and their owners
- Experience in animal welfare is a plus, but not required
