Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction within the renewable energy sector, the full-time Customer Support Coordinator will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot solar product issues, and oversee case management while based in the Irvine, CA office, with potential remote work for exceptional cases.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer tickets, emails, and calls promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot customer questions regarding residential solar products and take ownership of complex escalations
- Analyze system monitoring data and assist with the commissioning of solar systems
Required qualifications
- Experience in the solar industry (renewable energy)
- Associates degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 2-5+ years of experience including 2+ years in solar customer service
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop long-term solutions
- Proficiency in Excel and process-driven methodologies
