Job Summary
To support the Go-to-Market team across EMEA, the full-time remote Customer Support Coordinator will manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, collaborate with Account Managers, and enhance sales processes while serving a diverse customer base.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide customer support by understanding business needs and facilitating onboarding and training
- Administer financial activities including Purchase Orders and invoicing reconciliation for EMEA accounts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as customer service or logistics
- Proficiency in English with additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) as a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting
