Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Customer Support Coordinator will manage software licensing, cellular activations, and subscription entitlements while providing Tier 2 support for related requests in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Process daily software licensing and subscription entitlements while verifying accuracy for subscribed devices
  • Provide Tier 2 support for licensing and activation-related requests, collaborating with internal operations teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of support requests while delivering high-quality customer service
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience supporting technical operations, licensing, subscriptions, or customer support
  • Experience with software licensing, device activations, or entitlement management is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
