Job Summary

Detail-oriented and compassionate, the part-time Customer Support Coordinator will monitor user activity, respond to inquiries, and ensure a safe experience for pet owners on the Petco Love Lost platform while working remotely and being available on at least 1-2 weekend days.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor incoming user messages and support tickets, responding promptly and escalating issues as needed
  • Flag data issues, review user accounts, and maintain platform health to ensure a trustworthy experience
  • Manage ongoing communications with users, keeping interactions organized and documented
Required qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to catch issues others might miss
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and queues independently
  • Reliability and self-direction in handling recurring responsibilities
  • A genuine care for animals and their owners
  • Experience in animal welfare is a plus, but not required
