Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Developer to assist customers with technical implementations and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and train customers on technical aspects of implementation and onboarding tasks
  • Support data migration from legacy systems, including strategy and execution
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise-class systems
  • Experience with Web APIs and integrations
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Node.js, Java, React, PHP, and Vue.js
  • Experience delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in remote environments
