Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Developer to assist customers with technical implementations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and train customers on technical aspects of implementation and onboarding tasks
- Support data migration from legacy systems, including strategy and execution
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise-class systems
- Experience with Web APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with technologies such as Node.js, Java, React, PHP, and Vue.js
- Experience delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Ability to work effectively in remote environments
