Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for database-related customer issues
- Support customers through onboarding and troubleshooting for various database integrations
- Contribute directly to open-source database connectors and collaborate with Engineering on customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in software engineering, data engineering, technical support, or similar roles
- Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Java or Kotlin
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data integration concepts
- Flexibility to work various shifts and a high tolerance for ambiguity
