Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer (APAC).
Key Responsibilities
- Train with the customer support and engineering team to learn about Fleet and its troubleshooting processes
- Deploy Fleet independently to understand the customer experience and product functionality
- Assist the customer success team by addressing support issues and engaging with customers in Slack channels
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience supporting Windows, Linux, or MacOS devices and MDM solutions
- IT background with experience in device management solutions
- Strong understanding of macOS, Windows, and Linux core services
- Familiarity with SQLite, shell scripting, Python, and Powershell is a plus
- Experience in resolving complex technical issues for enterprise customers
