Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service requests and liaise between bank and client
  • Support FTP/H2H connections, participate in connectivity projects, and cross train in Kyriba application modules
  • Communicate effectively, manage client expectations, and seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Finance or IT, or relevant work experience
  • Previous experience with H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, and understanding of technical protocols
  • Experience in customer-facing or project consulting roles
  • Capability to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones
