Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support for its products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic to intermediate technical support to customers using standardized procedures
  • Proactively monitor the performance of deployed devices and report any issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by communicating updates throughout the incident resolution process
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Experience managing external vendors or clients
  • Ability to document customer interactions clearly from case creation to resolution
  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and functionality is a plus
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service with a focus on prompt support and complete resolutions
