Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years in software troubleshooting/debugging
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
- Knowledge of VMware, SQL databases, and moderate query writing
- Familiarity with Postman and relational database systems
