Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer in Seoul.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical inquiries from enterprise customers and assist with API integration and optimization
  • Debug complex issues and collaborate with the Engineering team for resolutions
  • Create and update self-service resources to empower users and reduce support ticket volume
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Programming skills in languages like Python or JavaScript and knowledge of APIs and REST
  • Strong fluency in both Korean and English
  • Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments
