Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer in Seoul.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical inquiries from enterprise customers and assist with API integration and optimization
- Debug complex issues and collaborate with the Engineering team for resolutions
- Create and update self-service resources to empower users and reduce support ticket volume
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, software engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Programming skills in languages like Python or JavaScript and knowledge of APIs and REST
- Strong fluency in both Korean and English
- Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments
