Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier support by resolving L3/L4 technical issues for customers
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to meet customer needs
  • Document learnings and feedback for product and engineering improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in a customer support role with L3/L4 experience in cloud, storage, and networking environments
  • Must currently reside in the United States, specifically on the West Coast
  • Experience working for a Data Storage or Data Management company
  • Understanding of SMB & NFS protocols, Active Directory, and Kerberos systems
  • Previous scripting experience and ability to analyze system logs and network diagnostics
