Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier support by resolving L3/L4 technical issues for customers
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to meet customer needs
- Document learnings and feedback for product and engineering improvements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in a customer support role with L3/L4 experience in cloud, storage, and networking environments
- Must currently reside in the United States, specifically on the West Coast
- Experience working for a Data Storage or Data Management company
- Understanding of SMB & NFS protocols, Active Directory, and Kerberos systems
- Previous scripting experience and ability to analyze system logs and network diagnostics
