Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer (CSE).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to developers integrating Agora SDKs and services
- Engage with local developer communities and organize events related to real-time communication and AI
- Act as a technical advocate for customers by addressing recurring issues and feature requests
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in Large Language Models and modern AI application development
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, NAT, firewall)
- Experience with at least one platform: iOS, Android, Web, or backend technologies
- Ability to read logs and debug SDK/API integrations
- Experience in Developer Support, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Advocacy is a plus
