Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues through the support queue
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex cases
  • Analyze support processes and advocate for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of Zendesk is required
  • Experience with common SaaS solutions is desired
  • Ability to triage and resolve customer support requests
  • Four years of technical support or software development experience is preferred
