Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues through the support queue
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex cases
- Analyze support processes and advocate for customer needs internally
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support
- Knowledge of Zendesk is required
- Experience with common SaaS solutions is desired
- Ability to triage and resolve customer support requests
- Four years of technical support or software development experience is preferred
