Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer (CSE) who is passionate about real-time communication and AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to developers integrating Agora SDKs and services
  • Engage with local developer communities and organize events focused on real-time communication and AI solutions
  • Act as a technical advocate by analyzing issues and providing feedback to internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Strong interest in Large Language Models and modern AI application development
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, NAT, firewall)
  • Experience with at least one platform: iOS, Android, Web, or backend technologies
  • Ability to read logs and debug SDK/API integrations
  • Experience in Developer Support, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Advocacy is a plus
