Job Summary

Customer Support Engineer, responsible for managing customer service inquiries, conducting educational sessions, and resolving product-related issues in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer service inquiries (L1/L2 requests)
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base and training materials
  • Investigate and resolve product-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Support roles
  • Advanced level of English and Ukrainian
  • Experience in using ticketing systems (Intercom, Jira)
  • Familiarity with using PyCharm for Python development
  • Experience in crafting SQL queries and API requests
