Job Summary
Customer Support Engineer, responsible for managing customer service inquiries, conducting educational sessions, and resolving product-related issues in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer service inquiries (L1/L2 requests)
- Create and maintain a knowledge base and training materials
- Investigate and resolve product-related issues
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Customer Support roles
- Advanced level of English and Ukrainian
- Experience in using ticketing systems (Intercom, Jira)
- Familiarity with using PyCharm for Python development
- Experience in crafting SQL queries and API requests
