Job Summary
Providing technical support for external customers, the full-time Customer Support Engineer will resolve product issues, maintain a knowledge base, and ensure positive customer interactions while working remotely in the USA.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and proactively triage customer issues, providing remote support for technical problems
- Research and resolve complex issues, delivering thorough Root Cause Analysis findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address support and training challenges while maintaining knowledge base articles
Required qualifications
- College diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk support role
- 1+ year of experience in Windows Server Administration
- 1+ year of experience in Cloud Platform Technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- 1+ year of experience in Network Configuration and Troubleshooting
