Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer - Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries within specified SLA windows
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to the customer-facing self-serve knowledge base

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of big data and cloud architectures
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and security protocols
  • Familiarity with Java, Bash, Python, and SQL
  • Experience in maintaining stability and performance of cloud-based systems
