Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide first-line support for supplier clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to internal and external queries within agreed SLAs across various communication channels
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of services to effectively address customer needs and track usage
  • Schedule product deliveries, support operational queries, and collaborate with the Account Manager team to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work from 1.00pm - 9.00pm local time
  • Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a Business to Business environment
  • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • Ability to investigate issues and think critically
  • A strong interest in building a career in a data-driven environment
