Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide first-line customer support for supplier clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to internal and external queries within agreed business SLAs through various communication channels
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the services offered to effectively assist clients and track usage
  • Scheduling product deliveries and collaborating with the operations team to ensure quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work from 1.00pm to 9.00pm local time
  • Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a Business to Business environment
  • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and processes
  • A strong interest in building a career in a data-driven environment
  • Ability to investigate issues and think critically to find solutions
