Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing customer base, the full-time Support Team Executive will interact with current and potential customers via Intercom and phone, collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience, and promote mortgage advice services, with the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to address queries and ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to improve service delivery
  • Advocate for customers by raising awareness of mortgage advice services
Required qualifications
  • Experience in a contact center environment, working to metrics
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with comfort in phone interactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Intercom is a plus
