Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Lead to manage customer support tickets and enhance customer experience with their products.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on all products
- Address customer support tickets and assist customers via phone and email
- Train customers on product usage and assist with account configurations
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a technical support role
- Comfortable working in a small startup environment
- Strong desire to build robust team documentation
- Basic understanding of MFA, OAuth, or SSO
- Familiarity with SQL and tools like Powershell, Postman, or cURL
