Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Lead to manage customer support tickets and enhance customer experience with their products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert on all products
  • Address customer support tickets and assist customers via phone and email
  • Train customers on product usage and assist with account configurations
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a technical support role
  • Comfortable working in a small startup environment
  • Strong desire to build robust team documentation
  • Basic understanding of MFA, OAuth, or SSO
  • Familiarity with SQL and tools like Powershell, Postman, or cURL
