Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the customer service function to ensure high-quality support for clients and partners
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures aligned with business goals
  • Monitor customer service metrics to identify improvement areas and drive team performance
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service for a tech or SaaS company, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of customer service practices and customer journey management
  • Previous experience in the insurance or InsurTech space is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
