Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the customer support team to deliver exceptional service in a virtual healthcare environment
  • Oversee daily support operations and ensure timely resolution of inquiries from patients, members, and clients

Required Qualifications
