Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee the Help Desk operations and ensure adequate training for the Customer Support Team
  • Manage customer relationships and collaborate with partners to ensure reliable service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in technical support and field service, with at least 7 years in management
  • Proficient in support desk and field service solutions, including Salesforce and call center systems
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain staff
