Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Support.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in technical support and field service, with at least 7 years in management
- Proficient in support desk and field service solutions, including Salesforce and call center systems
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain staff
