- Manage and coach a shift team of 6-10 technical support agents and 1-2 Shift Leads
- Monitor agent productivity and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Streamline internal processes to enhance customer service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-5 years of industry and supervisory experience
- Experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity preferred
- Proven experience in a technical support or billing role
- Experience working fully remote
