  • Monitor agent productivity and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Streamline internal processes to enhance customer service and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-5 years of industry and supervisory experience
  • Experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity preferred
  • Proven experience in a technical support or billing role
  • Experience working fully remote
