Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Manager to oversee administrative support teams for federal government contracts related to student loan services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leadership and administrative teams for support services on student loan repayment and forgiveness
  • Lead, train, and develop teams to maximize performance and ensure compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to enhance workflows and improve customer experiences
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative customer service leadership role
  • 3 years of experience with Department of Education student loan servicing contracts
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Must obtain and maintain a 5C Suitability clearance
