Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Manager to oversee administrative support teams for federal government contracts related to student loan services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leadership and administrative teams for support services on student loan repayment and forgiveness
- Lead, train, and develop teams to maximize performance and ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to enhance workflows and improve customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years of experience in an administrative customer service leadership role
- 3 years of experience with Department of Education student loan servicing contracts
- US Citizenship is required
- Must obtain and maintain a 5C Suitability clearance
