Job Summary

Customer Support Operations Consultant is a remote, contract position focused on managing customer support tickets, executing operational tasks, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests for a minimum of three months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and manage customer support tickets in Jira or other internal systems
  • Execute assigned support workflows according to standard operating procedures
  • Document actions taken and maintain organized ticket notes for clarity and resolution tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support operations or a similar ticket-based role
