Job Summary
As a full-time Remote Customer Support Operations Specialist, the candidate will manage complex workflows across customer experience, fraud prevention, and internal operations, ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues and coordination among various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to financial disputes and chargebacks, monitor fraud flows, and manage customer communications for oversell situations
- Monitor brand violations on Amazon and other marketplaces, addressing fraud issues and managing customer-facing communications regarding fraud
- Filter and respond to customer reviews across multiple platforms while managing sample order submissions and processing Tech Packs for internal teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer support operations, e-commerce, or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Shopify Flow
- Familiarity with Gorgias for customer support ticketing
- Experience with Okendo or a similar reviews platform
- Working knowledge of Asana for task and project management
