Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Edge NXT Customer Support Principal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the liaison between Customer Support and other departments, ensuring effective prioritization of issues
  • Oversee complex customer cases and provide subject matter expertise for new functionalities
  • Author and edit Knowledgebase content while capturing case trend data for process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge software
  • Background in accounting, such as an Accounting degree or relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Yodlee or other financial aggregators preferred
  • Understanding of APIs (Application Programming Interface) preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in changing environments and anticipate customer needs
