Customer Support Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPC Processor I Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
• Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors
• Work comfortably in a high-volume production environment

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST
• Experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
• Must be comfortable with remote work and technology
• Willingness to comply with health screening and vaccination requirements
