Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support via chat, emails, and phone calls

  • Track customer inquiries, measure support metrics, and identify product issue trends
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service/support experience in technology or finance
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team-oriented manner
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with Customer Support CRMs
  • Competence in using G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)
