Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Based in Kenya and legally authorized to work there
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace
  • Ability to work full-time between 8/9 AM and 5/6 PM (EMEA hours), Monday-Friday
