Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues and explain solutions clearly
- Escalate complex technical issues and ensure timely follow-up
Required Qualifications
- Based in Kenya and legally authorized to work there
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace
- Ability to work full-time between 8/9 AM and 5/6 PM (EMEA hours), Monday-Friday
