Job Summary

Assisting event attendees across North America, the part-time Customer Support Representative will provide support via phone and email for ticket purchases and general inquiries in a remote, fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, professional support to patrons by phone and email
  • Assist customers with ticket purchases, order issues, and event-related inquiries
  • Accurately document and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
