Job Summary
Assisting event attendees across North America, the part-time Customer Support Representative will provide support via phone and email for ticket purchases and general inquiries in a remote, fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional support to patrons by phone and email
- Assist customers with ticket purchases, order issues, and event-related inquiries
- Accurately document and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
