Job Summary

Customer-obsessed and tech-savvy, the full-time remote Customer Support Representative will provide superior technical support and troubleshooting for customers, working Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical and end-user application issues
  • Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products and services
  • Document all customer interactions and research in Salesforce to ensure service reliability
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
