Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and addressing student and instructor feedback on the material and platform
- Assisting students and instructors with accounts, subscriptions, and course setup
- Communicating promptly and professionally with customers through a ticketing system
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
- Knowledge of basics of C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and/or Assembly
- Availability for flexible work hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Deep product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Experience with processing feedback and making content improvements
