Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and addressing student and instructor feedback on the material and platform
  • Assisting students and instructors with accounts, subscriptions, and course setup
  • Communicating promptly and professionally with customers through a ticketing system

Required Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field
  • Knowledge of basics of C, C++, Python, Java, MATLAB, and/or Assembly
  • Availability for flexible work hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Deep product knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Experience with processing feedback and making content improvements
