Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond efficiently to Level 1 customer inquiries and maintain exceptional satisfaction across various platforms
  • Review and interpret data, identifying discrepancies and accurately uploading it into the platform
  • Manage support cases in a high-volume environment while collaborating with support and product teams
Required Qualifications
  • Open to work 4AM-12PM (GMT) Monday through Friday
  • Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of work experience
  • Open to working evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
